MemcardRex

MemcardRex is an advanced PSX memory card editor which supports a
variety of formats.
It also enables you to edit saves by changing the prod code, identifier
and region.
With a built in icon editor you can also edit or
extract icons of the saves.
As of version 1.3 plugin support was added.
C# class which incorporates the interface can be downloaded below.
In order to run MemcardRex .NET Framework 2.0 is required.
